CROP

Status date: 15 December 2020

The CROP project is aiming to provide a steering tool for agricultural crop rotation. The principle is to offer an exhaustive vision of past rotations but also to make a projection of the rotations in the one or two next years thanks to an AI model, satellite data and other data to characterize the situation (climate, soil, cultural practices, irrigation…). 

OAPM

Status date: 14 December 2020

Developed by CGG’s Satellite Mapping business unit, with support from ESA, OAPM provides regular, cost effective, satellite-derived information over offshore assets to establish a baseline, and a programme of routine pollution monitoring. The emphasis of the OAPM service is regular delivery of high-quality slick interpretation to enhance situational awareness.

GrassSignal

GrassSignal provides an accurate, scalable and reliable decision support tool for sustainable rangeland, grassland and pasture monitoring. Using Earth Observation data and Machine Learning/AI, GrassSignal, powered by Deep Planet’s AI platform, predicts grassland properties at 90% accuracy.

CliniTouch Vie 2 is a satellite air quality enabled, digitally connected health care platform that provides remote monitoring, tailored clinical interventions and education to patients with chronic conditions to significantly improve health outcomes.

Sports Photography goes “Out of this World”The project will bring the Sports Photography right up to date technically speaking, with a large number images being served in real-time from a remote mountain peak, or a busy city marathon finish line, directly to the mobile device of any family, friend or supporter.

SPACEWHALE II

SPACEWHALE is an innovative, semi-automated approach based on deep-learning techniques to detect large whales (~ 10 – 30 m) from VHR satellite images. It forms the bridge between space asset providers and stakeholders in need of population assessments of large whales and enables the surveying of areas out of reach for traditional methods such as ship and aerial surveys

ES-LR™ is an IoT dedicated to the equestrian community. Its aim is to improve the security and safety of search & rescue (S&R) operations and eventually save more lives.

AQUAFARM 2.0

Aquafarm brings together satellite data and Soil-Plant-Air models to provide operational services to Farmers service providers as well as national institutions related with crop development and forecast. 

GIADA

Status date: 11 December 2020

GIADA exploits gravity field observations, mainly derived from GOCE mission, with others in situ data to build a 3D model of the Earth crust at regional scale. The service results help oil & gas and mining companies in the preliminary exploration activities to identify regions with high potential in terms of natural resources exploitation.Other industries which can take benefit from the service results are mining companies, or more in general companies requiring a good knowledge of the geological setting at regional scale for resource exploitation purposes.

MUSE/ ISP

Autonomous driving requires precise and reliable position information. ANavS develops in the project MUSE an Integrated Sensor Platform (ISP) which includes 3 GNSS receivers, an IMU, two cameras, a Lidar and a powerful sensor fusion for precise positioning.
