SEIA

With ESA’s support, DryGro is launching a pilot high-protein crop system in Kenya. By applying earth observation and terrestrial data to the growth system, DryGro’s technology mitigates many of the factors which are currently limiting agricultural productivity. We have partnered with RHEATECH, Hyper Collective, and BuildX to delivery this breakthrough in sustainable agriculture.

HoloCap pilotage application

A remote pilotage telepresence project, utilizing 3D game engine, volumetric video and Augmented Reality to bring maritime pilots virtually onboard a ship`s bridge from a remote location.

DigiFarm

DigiFarm detects accurate field boundaries to power precision agriculture through deep resolving Sentinel-2 data from 10m to 1m resolution. DigiFarm can empower the entire sector to make better decisions. 

ECO4CO

Status date: 16 March 2021

ECO4CO is an intelligent and autonomous end-to-end system. It combines data from satellites, Internet, traffic movements and medical information.  The system provides end-users (authorities, civil protection) with notifications, warnings and timely/geolocalised information. ECO4CO aims at providing crucial advice to effectively prevent new outbreaks, to react in advance, and to predict critical situation regarding facilities, medical storage, or mass movements.

SAIUDMA

Status date: 11 March 2021

A new ground-to-space air quality (AQ) analytics platform for city and traffic planning departments with the purpose of positioning data insights at the heart of managing resilient urban environments. Our analytics products form the decision making basis for investing in initiatives that help reduce harmful pollution and push for the design of new infrastructure sensitive to local residential communities and vulnerable population cohorts whilst allowing for sustainable economic development.

ForestMind

Status date: 11 March 2021

Enacted at the request of members of the UK food supply chain, ForestMind is a two year project with 10 partners who are focused initially on enabling commodity sourcing organisations to understand and act on deforestation risks in supply chains globally.

Orbital Witness

Status date: 11 March 2021

This project is working to provide archives of high-resolution satellite imagery alongside complementary property and legal datasets to allow real estate lawyers to conduct legal due diligence on property assets in a faster and more pain-free fashion.

ESA FGC

Status date: 10 March 2021

We applied space imagery to automate the identification of football fields with artificial turf material to an extent and frequency not possible with land-based tools. Pooling information enables the generation of information about football fields. Other information may be added for a tailored value proposition to field owners, field manufacturers and for field maintenance.

DAPPO

An AI & EO-based service that improves management of tuber supply to potato processing industry and potato storage facilities.

SATWORK

Status date: 08 March 2021

SATWORK is a tool able to monitor the health status of workers in a company and to mitigate health risks at work, such as for Coronavirus. At the same time, this tool can help companies to define a new internal “welfare”, compliant to a reasonable social distancing mood and to the privacy needs of workers, which will be different based on their age and pre-existing health conditions, as well as based on the nature of their job.
