ASPEN2

ASPEN is an affordable and reliable measurement tool for pavement condition monitoring. Our smartphone app allows road infrastructure authorities to gather high-quality data for maintenance planning at a fraction of the price spent today.

SEDDCR

In the SEDDCR project, space-enabled delivery drones are used to assist the National Health Service (NHS) in rural Scotland in the fight against COVID-19. Delivery drones can carry critical COVID-19 pathology tests and related medicine between hospitals and medical practices, ensuring that the NHS has access to a fast, frequent and reliable medical logistics system.

HumaNav-Next

HumaNav Next demo project addresses the Aid & Development community’s urgent need to increase the security of humanitarian missions. It will develop a fully integrated and reliable vehicle on-board solution, providing:• Geo-location, fleet monitoring, management and security• Telecommunications: voice, messaging and dataThe solution will provide seamless world-wide coverage and full service regardless of the lack of any local infrastructure, by using Iridium satcom and GNSS location. It will be adapted to humanitarian vehicles deployed in field missions in underdeveloped regions and conflict areas. All services will be available while driving.

DARTT

DARTT (DemAnd-Responsive rural Transport for Tourism) is a demand-responsive transport solution to improve the viability of public transport in rural areas, focussing on a tourism target audience. It combines a new experience for discovering tourism destinations, with booking bus tickets in rural areas.

MEANDAIR

Meandair provides pilots with relevant weather data. Before flight, a plan can be registered in the application and the necessary weather information will be downloaded. By pushing the flight button, just before take-off, the Meandair weather information travels along with pilots! Updates of the latest weather can be also downloaded during flight using the SATCOM communication devices. The weather data are also available to 3rd party application developers, behind easy to use programming interface.

‘feed from the field’

At the moment, the ‘feed from the field’ is an emerging technology that takes live content from entertainment and sports sources and publishes it worldwide to mobile phones. The technology ensures the availability of the content to the user with minimum delay from the time the content is available to it being on the user’s smart device. This process is manual and requires operator intervention.

EOLO

EOLO aims to provide the corn growers an agritech cloud-based platform which allows to save water and energy by predicting the optimal water needs, monitor crop health through the use of vegetational indexes and control the irrigation system remotely. These features are implemented by leveraging both Earth Observation and on-ground sensors data and by fusing them with machine learning algorithms.

OGOR YIELD

OGOR YIELD estimates the maize yield at different levels: field, farm, county, region, country, for all agricultural seasons, starting with 2017. Knowing the yield at field level allows to decrease input costs, to optimize logistic and storage costs and ultimately to increase farmers profit.
